My virtual yoga & fitness studio founded in the pandemic and still offering at-home services. We believe in democratizing fitness and honoring yoga’s roots. Stories - real or imagined are what life is made of. As a kid, pre-cell-phones and laptops, I’d read books constantly. That love of reading stories also turned into a love of writing - fiction, poetry, and non-fiction. What was too verbose for legal writing in law school, is great for blogging;). I’ll cover topics from life musings, approaching 40, yoga and Buddhism, travel, being child free, love, entrepreneurship, living abroad, and more.

I’ve traveled to over 50 countries.* The thirst for seeing the world beyond my small, Southern US city started with a high school student ambassador trip to Oceana and hasn’t stopped since.

*What counts as a “country” is the asterisk.

I’ve worked with nonprofits for over a decade - mostly in administration, operations, and strategy, as well as grant-writing adjacent. I’ve helped CEO’s manage boards, hire, write copy, and draft funding write-ups, strategize and write SOP’s. I’ve managed a membership organization’s alumni group, and more.

What started as a pandemic obsession - capture short videos of water in nature - turned into a multi-year project to capture flowing water - creeks, streams, waterfalls, rivers, lakes, and oceans - across the world. This is a work in progress, but will be hopefully an hour or two soundscape to help you meditate, fall asleep, or simply find peace in this element.
