Liberation 101:
The Crossroads of Desire, Knowledge, & Action
A self-guided, self-paced 6 week course
to help you navigate your personal journey to allyship and accomplish-ship.
Have you been asking yourself the following questions? Have you ever thought to yourself?
There are women who don’t look like me at my gym that I’d love to have conversations with, but I’m too afraid I’ll say the wrong thing.
I’ve been wanting to educate myself more about allyship and accomplish-ship, but all of the courses and books feel too academic.
I’ve been wanting to do self-help work for a long time, but haven’t found a program that feels both timely, modern, and honors where the person is in their desire to improve.
I’m afraid of being embarrassed in front of a group, but an online, self-paced format feels like a safe place to practice allyship and accomplish-ship.
If these sound like you, I’m so glad we’ve met.
Take it from me, I’ve been there and done the work.
Early Bird Registration Opens April 11, 2025.

Meet Your Guide
Andrea is a cis/het, able-bodied, white woman. She is a life-long learner with a passion for human rights. She studied international relations and international law in undergrad and law school, but chose a path in the non-profit and wellness worlds after school. She sees these experiences as her biggest teachers in how to move through the world as an ally and aspiring to accomplish-ship: international travel, her interracial marriage (nearly 20 years as a couple), yoga trainings (from a Black cis/het woman, queer South Asian woman, and white trans man), public schooling in the US South in the 1990’s and early 2000’s, being raised by a white woman who grew up in the segregated US South, many multiracial friend groups over the years, and reading/listening to BIPOC* authors and thinkers.
*We use both the term BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) and the term POG (People of the Global Majority). Some organizations and people use one or the other and have their reasons for both. Our week on Language will cover this more.

This course is for you, if:
You identify as a white, cis/het woman.
All of your friends look like you.
You have a desire to do more - investigate white privilege and how we got where were are, but you don’t know where to start.
You posted a black square in the summer of 2020 to support BLM but haven’t done anything since.
You want to move into a space of action and ally ship.
The urgency of this moment is calling you to step up for your fellow humans.
This course is not for you, if:
You identify as BIPOC or as a PGM.
You identify as White, but one or more of these is true:
You’re not yet ready to dig deep.
You don’t believe that white supremacy, white privilege, or systemic racism exist and/or you don’t believe those are inherently wrong.
You don’t have the time (1-2 hours/week) to dedicate to learning and self-improvement.
The collective is not important to you.
You have done and are doing the work.

“Solidarity is life long work and there are urgent moments inside of it - we are in an urgent moment. I am dedicated for my whole life to understand what it looks like to be in solidarity to humans who want to survive on earth. ”

What’s inside
Week 1: What brought you here?
We’ll start with self reflection. What’s your why? Why now?
Week 2: Understanding how we got here.
Part history course, part culture review. Being the “good” white person isn’t enough.
Week 3: Thoughts
What are your inner biases? How to notice, interrupt and shift.
Week 4: Language (Speech, Writing)
Words matter, and we don’t need to not try for fear of making mistakes.
Week 5: Action
Intention and Impact both matter. What are the small or big things we can do as allies?
Week 6: Moving Forward
Where can we continue to learn? What actions can we commit to moving forward?

You can feel confident that you’ve started a liberation journey. You’ve taken the first step. You’ll be more informed about anti-racism, racial equity, intersectionality, white privilege, and so much more. You will be prepared to practice allyship in a real way.
You’ll also have access to the course materials for six months post purchase date, so you can return to things again and again. The resource list is particularly helpful (download, save, print it) to continue this journey.
